DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Riga, Latvia within 3 business days upon confirmation of your order. We ship with Latvijas Pasts or Omniva in Latvia and Latvijas Pasts for the rest of the world. 

All orders are shipped traceable. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes the Tracking number.

All items are shipped in ecologically sustainable packaging, ensuring both the protection of your new piece and our planet.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when purchasing is correct and complete. Moiovintage.com processes personal data in accordance with current legislation.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Latvia: 1-3 business days

Europe: 3-9 business days

USA and Canada: 6-14 business days

Rest of the World: 6-18 working days

Please note, that all delivery times are estimate, and we cannot guarantee delivery within a given timeframe. There might be delays due to high pressure at the shipping company, holidays or other reasons.

SELF PICK-UP

TAXES & CUSTOM FEES

Please note that for non-EU customers, customs duties and other local taxes or charges may be added upon delivery. These fees are not included in the price of our products or shipping costs. The recipient of the item is responsible for paying any customs duties and other charges that may be incurred. We recommend that you check your local customs regulations before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs during delivery. 

We are not responsible for any unforeseen customs delays.

LOST/MISSING PARCELS

Moiovintage.com is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost or stolen in the post once sent that are out of our control. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We want you to love your moïo vintage piece, but if it doesn’t feel quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at customer@moiovintage.com within 14 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

All returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your item and check its condition, you can choose:

  • A full refund of the item price (original shipping cost is non-refundable)
  • Store credit for the item price plus original shipping

Returns sent after 14 days may be returned to you.

HOW TO RETURN

  • Please return all items in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Worn or damaged pieces cannot be accepted unless we’ve agreed on a specific claim.
  • Make sure your parcel is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Any loss in value for items not returned in their original condition will be deducted as agreed with us.

NON-EU RETURNS

  • Packages sent from non-EU countries must be clearly declared as “Returned Goods.”
  • Any customs charges caused by incorrect declarations will be deducted from your refund.

Before sending anything back, please contact us for return instructions — this ensures everything is processed smoothly and safely.

STUDIO PURCHASES (RIGA)

Items purchased in our Riga studio may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days.

Refunds to the original payment method are not available for in-studio purchases.

Store credit is valid for future purchases and does not expire.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges for our online orders, but you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customer@moiovintage.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.

OTHER INFORMATION

Our items may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear, please appreciate these items for their character. Some examples of minor flaws include pilling, markings, discolorations, loose threading, and other signs of wear and age.
